Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

1. Domestic Shipping Policy

1.1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

1.2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

  • UK: 2 working days
  • International: Varies, on average 2-15 working days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

2. International Shipping Policy

We ship to most countries as selected on our ordering form.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will usually be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please contact us if you have not received your order 28 days after it was confirmed as sent. If your item is damaged, you must save all packaging materials and damaged goods so we can make a claim with the postal or courier service.

6. Missing or Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact via your account so we can assist you in tracking the package.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain items cannot be shipped to certain destinations due to size, weight, and regulatory constraints.
